For immediate release

Frances Clark, Secretary to the National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants, is now a Chartered Tax Advisor having passed the final exam of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Her two years of study have given her an in depth knowledge of UK taxation legislation and the way it changes after each Budget. This will be particularly beneficial to her dentist clients who, as self-employed professionals, can explore a variety of taxation schemes.

Frances commented: “I wanted to be sure I had the qualifications and expertise to advise my clients correctly. I am sure there are dentists using non-qualified accountants and getting very poor advice. By having an accountant who is appropriately qualified dentists can make a substantial difference to their income level.”

Frances began working with doctors and dentists during the six years she worked with Cumbria accountancy firm Dodd and Co. She now has her own business, Keswick Accountants.

“Because I run my own business, I must be able to advise all my clients on all aspects of finance and taxation. This new expertise will undoubtedly be an asset for me, my clients and the contribution I make to NASDA.”
